Jerky Marinade for 1 Lb of Meat

- ¼ Cup Soy Sauce (Or Liquid Aminos)
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Honey (Or Maple Syrup)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 tsp Seasoning of your choice (I used a zesty blend)
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp White Sesame Seeds
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger (Optional)
- ½ tsp Ground Turmeric (Optional)
Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients and mix until no lumps.
Add meat of choice. (I used pork loin sliced thinly)
Cover and marinate overnight or longer for more flavor.
