Mom's Meatloaf Recipe
Servings: 2 Pounds

Loaf:
- 2 Pounds Ground Meat (I used Beef)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion (Can use dehydrated onion)
- 1 Tbsp Mustard Dijon or Stone Ground
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Seasoning (I used garlic and herb)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1 packet Onion Soup Mix (Or make your own mix)
- 1 4 Oz Can Sliced Mushrooms (Optional)
- 1 tsp Turmeric (Optional)
Sauce Toppping
- ½ Cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
For Loaf: Pre-heat oven to 400°
Instructions:
Pour 1/2 of sauce over loaf and spread.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour rest of sauce over loaf and spread.
Bake another 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°-165°
Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serve.
